For most live event services, I require a standard table and chair. Some services, such as heat foiling, may require access to a standard outlet. I bring all necessary tools and equipment. If your venue has specific setup requirements, please share those details in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.

Booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance is recommended for NYC live event calligraphy and brand activations. While I can accommodate shorter timelines, advance booking ensures availability and proper planning.
High-demand seasons — including February (Valentine’s activations), May (Mother’s Day), and the holiday season from November through December — often require earlier reservations.
Your event date is officially secured once a signed contract and deposit are received.
